 Book Rental- Book Rental will be in the school tomorrow morning Wednesday 3rd MAY.
GAA- The senior girls will be participating in the Cumann na mBunscoil competition in Glinsk on Friday 5th May. National Childrens Choir- The children will be attending a rehearsal for the National Childrens Choir on Monday 8th May in LEISURELAND. A bus will be leaving the school at 8.15am. The concert will take place on the 9th May at 8PM. Family Fun Day- The Annual Family Fun Day will take place on Sunday 14th May. TESTING- DRUMCONDRA TESTING WILL COMMENCE THE 22ND MAY SCHOOL TOUR- We are very excited to announce our school tour to Breaffy on Tuesday 30th May-1st to 6th class. Junior classes will be taking a wonderful trip to the farm! MARCH:
Girls Soccer Tournament: On Tuesday the 7th of March, the girls of 5th and 6th class went to Shiven for a soccer tournament. Boys Soccer tournament: On Wednesday the 8th of March, the boys of 5th and 6th class also went to Shiven for a soccer tournament. Tráth na gCeist: On the 15th of March, Dunmore, Balinlass and Gortnaleam came to our school for the Tráth na gCeist. APRIL: Write-A-Book Awards: Alicia Costello, Nadine Donelon, Saoirse Kivlehan, Katie Kilgarriff, Ava Burke and Niamh McWalter went to the Write-A-Book Awards in Galway on the 3rd of April. Dunmore Girls GAA: The 5th and 6th Class girls had an unfortunate game and lost by 3 points. Communion: On the 30th of April, Jamie Tierney, Hugh Redington, Joey Murray, Ciaran Canny, Sheá Glynn, Ava Burke, Erika Diskin, Niamh McWalter and Katie Kilgarriff made their First Holy Communion. |
