The 5th and 6th class took part in a creative and entertaining Scholastic webinar today with author Stephen Mangan and illustrator Anita Mangan. We listened to a dramatic reading from the novel 'The Fart that Saved the World" and learned to draw aliens with the illustrator. We had a lot of fun and laughter!  Thank you to our Parent's Association and Student Council for organising our Easter egg hunt today. A special thank you to O'Rourke Agri who sponsored the eggs. We had great fun! We voted for our favourite book of poetry and sent our favourite book to the Galway Education Centre to be recommended as the merit book. We gave positive and constructive feedback to each young author on a post-it note. Well done on a great effort!   |
