We were very lucky to have Alma Jordan from AgriKids visit to talk to all the children about farm safety. It was really informative and everyone enjoyed it. Garrafrauns N.S are now recognised ambassadors in farm safety awareness.

The senior classes very kindly helped the junior classes to make their St. Brigid's crosses. The crosses were then blessed at mass which the whole school attended.

We couldn't wait to celebrate Christmas! Junior Infants to Second Class had a lovely festive tea party today to celebrate The Late Late Toy Show tonight. All the children brought in lots of delicious cakes, biscuits and chocolates. We also had hot chocolate with marshmallows and listened to Christmas songs.
